The book « The Frenchie Gardener : Dein eigenes Gemüse & Obst auf Balkon und Terrasse » is out now in Germany, Austria & Switzerland.

Writing a book on my passion is a dream coming true!
This book has been a one year long work and I gave all my Green Love & passion to sum-up everything you need to know to start growing your own food on your balcony, terrace & rooftop, fully in pots & containers.

It contains three main parts :

- The first part is about explaining how growing your own food could change your life, your consumption habits but it also contains many urban gardening examples as inspirations.
- The second part of the book is about getting you started to grow your own food. I'm covering everything you need to know in details about optimising your space, soil, containers, fertilisers, water, seedlings etc...
- The third part of the book is a guide variety per variety with the best gardening tips from seeds to harvest. You will find detailed information on Tomatoes, Aubergines, Zucchini, Potatoes, Spinach, Peas, Radishes, Lettuce, Kale, Pak Choï and many more!
